Watany.me

Watany.me and most sellers on watany.me offer returns for items within 15 days of receipt of shipment.

When a customer orders from a seller that fulfills and ships its own inventory (also called a watany.me seller or third party seller), the return will be sent back to the seller instead of watany.me. While most sellers offer a returns policy equivalent to that of watany.me, some seller returns policies may vary.

Watany.me sellers must either provide a return address within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, provide a prepaid return label, or offer a full refund without requesting the item be returned.

 To guarantee customer satisfaction, we offer free returns for the products that for some reasons did not met our customer's expectations.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 15 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund-to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Fresh food
  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps: 

  • Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID.
  • Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
  • Send all items back to the vendor, when you get the vendor’s approval.
