Horizontal tanks (above Ground)

Manufacturing method:Marjan water tanks are made using the latest global technological techniques in designing one-piece tanks without joints, which gives the tank more strength, durability, and lifetime. Marjan water tanks and formworks are, also, tested, before and after production, using the latest testing methods, they also have a layer of protective foam to protect the tanks underground.

1. The soil is unstable, meaning that it has a bearing capacity of less than 900 kg/sq ft or a cohesion value less than 225 kg/sq ft.
2.  Locations suspected to be completely saturated with water during rainy seasons.
3. Swamps or locations close to water bodies and tides.
4. Any kind of landfill locations.
5. Wet pits (when water is found while digging).
6. Active hydroponic composite soil or hydrophilic expanded soil (hydro expanded bentonite)
7. Possible floodplains along the banks of streams, rivers, or lakes.
8.  Storing hot water above 150 Fahrenheit, such as: (water generated by solar heat systems, process cooling water, or geothermal springs).

Uses:

1. Water storage: The materials used in manufacturing fiberglass tanks guarantee water is potable inside the tank. The manufacturing quality and quality standards application ensures that no leakage occurs outside the tank, and no bacteria, algae, and unpleasant smells are gathered..
2.  Septic storage: Fiberglass tanks are used to store septic and industrial effluent materials, and since these materials don’t chemically react with the tank’s body, the materials don’t leak outside of it.

Chemical tanks are usually smaller in size which requires more accuracy, as the smaller the details got, the more complicated it becomes, and the more experience and skills are needed. Special manufacturing demands for the products:

A)Fiberglass tanks:

• A storage capacity of more than fifty thousand liters.
• More than four entry and exit openings.
• More than one cover for each tank.
• Any addition requested out or in the tank body, or any special addition in manufacturing materials for the purpose of storing a substance with reactive properties or special formulations.
• The height is greater than three and a half meters.

B)Buried Tank:

• If the length of the neck of the tank is more than 40 centimeters in order to increase the depth of the pit.
